How custom orders work
- Send the design. A photo, screenshot or sketch on WhatsApp — plus the karat, approximate weight or budget you have in mind.
- Get a quote. We suggest the karat and weight, and give you a price based on that day’s gold rate and making charges.
- Confirm in store. Visit us to finalise size and details.
- Collect. We let you know when it’s ready to try and collect.

- Karat you prefer — 18K, 21K or 22K — or silver / palladium
- Rough weight or budget
- Ring or bangle size, if you know it
- When you need it (wedding date, event)
How long does a custom piece take?
It depends on the design and the season. We’ll give you a realistic date when you confirm — tell us your event date up front so we can plan.
Can you copy a design from another brand?
We can make a piece inspired by a design you love, adjusted to your karat, weight and budget.
Can I bring my old gold?
Yes — talk to us about remaking or exchanging old jewellery. We’ll explain the options for your pieces in store.
