Is zakat due on gold jewellery that I wear?

Scholars differ. Many in Pakistan (Hanafi view) say zakat is due on all gold and silver jewellery above nisab, whether worn or not. Please ask a scholar you follow.

Which gold rate should I use for zakat?

Use the rate on the day your zakat year completes. Valuing at the karat of your jewellery (for example 21K) is more accurate than using the 24K rate.
